Hi, I’m McKenzie! I’m the Front Office Administrator at The Healing House and often the first friendly face you’ll see when you arrive. I believe the therapy experience begins the moment you reach out, and my goal is to help every client feel welcomed, supported, and at ease from the start.

With seven years of front office experience, I thoughtfully prepare our space each day with calming details and organization that create a peaceful environment. I also assist with scheduling, billing, and insurance coordination, helping make the administrative side of therapy feel clear and manageable. I’m here to ensure your experience feels smooth, comfortable, and cared for every step of the way.
