Katherine is an empathetic counselor who believes that everyone has the capacity to heal, even when it doesn’t always feel that way. She understands how intimidating it can be to ask for help and honors the courage it takes to take that first step. Katherine creates a safe, supportive space where clients can show up as they are and explore their emotions with openness and honesty.

Her approach is collaborative and flexible, drawing from DBT, Person-Centered, Solution-Focused, and Emotionally Focused therapies. Katherine also enjoys incorporating art into the therapeutic process, using creativity to help clients express themselves and deepen their self-understanding. She tailors her work to each client and meets them where they are.

Katherine is passionate about supporting children, adolescents, and adults in both educational and clinical settings. She works with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and life transitions, and enjoys helping couples strengthen communication and connection. With a background rooted in research and evidence-based practice, she brings curiosity, warmth, and practical tools into the therapy room.
