You’re not expected to share deeply personal experiences. The focus is on learning and practicing skills in a supportive environment.

Taelor is a passionate and experienced DBT facilitator with over seven years of experience leading DBT skills groups for adolescents and young adults. Certified in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), she is dedicated to helping individuals build emotional balance, resilience, and practical coping skills.
Taelor brings a developmental perspective to DBT and incorporates expressive arts and creative activities to help group members engage with and practice skills in meaningful ways. With a warm and engaging approach, she creates a supportive environment where participants can build tools for navigating emotions, relationships, and life stressors.
She believes everyone has the ability to build a life worth living and is here to help you develop the skills to do just that.
