Meet Taelor, your friendly neighborhood therapist! She is an Arizona State University graduate (Go Sun Devils!) with a Bachelors Degree in Family and Human Development and a Masters Degree in Counseling. She has clinical experience working with children as young as 7, adolescents, adults and families with a variety of struggles including family disruption, trauma, anxiety, depression, behavioral problems, grief, faith crisis, self esteem and identity. She tailors her therapeutic approach to fit each client's unique map, blending a kaleidoscope of modalities. 

She is passionate about the healing power of the creative mind and the use of expressive arts in the therapy process. She believes in creativity to increase self-awareness and facilitate healing and growth through art, poetry, music, writing, sand tray and play therapy.

Taelor is dedicated to understanding the unique set of challenges adolescents and young adults face today and works to empower them through learning about healthy relationships, emotion regulation, mindfulness and problem solving with the help of DBT skills.

She is also trained in EMDR, a trauma-informed therapeutic modality that works to diminish negative feelings and experiences and create adaptive thought processes. 

Taelor understands that therapy can be an overwhelming process and believes in the importance of creating a safe and warm healing environment for her clients.
