The Healing House is looking for a warm, organized, and reliable Temporary Front Office Assistant to support our Gilbert office and help create a welcoming experience for our clients and clinicians.

Position Details

• Temporary, part-time position
• Approximately 20 - 25 hours per week
• In-person in Gilbert, AZ
• ~ October – January 

What You’ll Do

• Welcome clients and support the front office
• Respond to phone calls, texts, and emails
• Assist with scheduling and client inquiries
• Collect payments and complete administrative tasks
• Support clinicians with day-to-day office needs
• Help maintain an organized and welcoming environment
