Meet our office manager, Mckenzie! 

McKenzie is a welcoming and attentive Front Office Administrator who takes pride in creating a calm, supportive environment for every client who walks through the door. With seven years of experience in front office roles, she understands the importance of a first impression and works to ensure each person feels seen, comfortable, and cared for from the very beginning of their visit.

McKenzie’s role extends far beyond the front desk. She thoughtfully prepares the office space each day—setting a peaceful tone with calming music, aromatherapy, and a clean, organized atmosphere. She also helps care for the office’s Emotional Support Animal (ESA), maintains refreshments, and supports staff with essential day-to-day needs. Her commitment to hospitality reflects a deep belief that small, thoughtful details can make a big difference in someone’s day.

Driven by a problem-solving mindset and a passion for helping others, McKenzie approaches every challenge with patience, creativity, and a cheerful attitude. She is dedicated to supporting clients and team members alike, always striving to create positive experiences and meaningful moments of care throughout the office.

Outside of work, McKenzie is the oldest of seven siblings and brings the same nurturing spirit to her home life. She taught herself to crochet with the help of the internet and now enjoys creating beautiful, handmade pieces in her free time. She is happily married to her best friend of 11 years and is the proud dog mom to their sweet pup, Honey.
